Welcome to naptimepress.com, where art naps peacefully until it ships off to brighten your walls. These Terms of Service ("Terms") guide your use of our site and products—art prints and carefully crafted goodies—sold from sunny California to customers across the U.S. and around the world.

1. Who Can Use the Site
You must be 18 or the age of majority in your state/country to shop here. Use the site responsibly and kindly—no mischief, no mayhem.
2. Accounts & Security
If you create an account, keep your password snug and secret. You're responsible for all activity under your account. If something odd happens, let us know.
3. Our Products
We do our best to present our artwork truthfully. Colors may vary slightly depending on screens or print processes. Each print is made with love (but not guaranteed to match your exact shade of “oatmeal beige”).
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are in USD. Prices may change (but we don’t play tricks). When you place an order, you promise that your chosen payment method is legit and yours to use.
5. Shipping (U.S. & International)
We ship from California to the U.S. and many countries abroad.
U.S. Customers
Shipping times vary by product type. Delivery estimates are, well… estimates.
International Customers
We love sending art abroad! But:
Your country may charge customs duties, VAT, handling fees, or import taxes.
These fees are your responsibility and are not included at checkout.
Delays caused by customs are outside our power (we wish we could speed them up with snacks).
6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Because many of our items are made-to-order, returns are limited.
We do accept:
Returns or replacements for damaged or defective items reported within 7 days of delivery (with photos).
We cannot accept:
Returns for custom items
"Changed-my-mind" returns on made-to-order prints
If something goes wrong, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
